WordPress: I LOVE YOU
-
I have been fumbling around the idea of blogging for…well, way too long.
Truthfully, the barrier of learning to use a blogging app was a big part of what kept me from committing.
I tried several different solutions and truly felt that the harder I tried the stupider I got. I just couldn’t crack the code on any of the other platforms I explored.
Then a co-worker suggested WordPress. I was wary–given the over-promises of simplicity other platforms had extended–so I tiptoed cautiously on. Within an hour, I was a committed customer. I had created an attractive, customized page, actually added working widgets, ported content over from another site I’d tried, and was Tweeting my presence out into the universe (or something like it).
I LOVE WHAT YOU ARE DOING.
Thank you for pushing the envelope on openness and excellence and inspiring your customers to do the same. I’ve only been using you for a few days but you’ve inspired me to dive deeper, post frequently, and learn more about what’s possible here. I’m thrilled to have found WordPress and can’t wait to learn more.
Best regards,
Ellen (chep2m)
