Hi I imported a template provided by my uni over 24 hours ago and it is still yet to be processed… there was a link to contact support but not sure if posting in the forum will help?

Hi there. What exactly do you mean by “imported a template”? We can’t import custom themes to WordPress.com: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
If you’re trying to import content, i.e. posts and pages, via the importer under Tools in the dashboard, let me know.

Im not sure if youll be able to see this but this is what im trying to import http://www.oca-student.com/sites/default/files/oca-content/key-resources/res-files/ocatemplate.wordpress.2014-04-14.xml

Thanks for clarifying. The importer sometimes gets stuck. I’ll tag this for staff to follow up. Please be patient while waiting for their response.

I’ve re-run your import with the file link you gave us below. It seems to have imported properly. Could you take a look, and if it’s not what you’re expecting to see, let me know what it is you’re looking for an I can make sure it exists in your XML file.
