  Sometimes the importer gets stuck and this thread has been tagged for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

  I’ve reset the importer. Please re-attempt your import and let me know if it fails again so I can check the file for potential errors.
