WordPress import progress stuck

  I tried to import from wordpress for dates of April 2006 to July 2014. The import doesn’t appear to make any progress for the last week, and it’s stuck at June 13, 2006. When I tried to import again with a new files, it still saying import in progress, and it doesn’t accept any new exported wordpress files.

  Is there any way to re-start the wordpress import process? Thanks.

  Hello there,
  If the files are large you may have to reduce them and create smaller files. However, sometimes the exporter gets stuck and I tagged this thread for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  I’ve reset the importer for you. Could you try the import again?
