WordPress import still showing 'Processing'

  I uploaded my wordpress import more than a day ago and it is still stuck on ‘processing’. It’s a wordpress XML file, not from a different platform. This is the support page I was directed to. Thanks in advance

  I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.

  If you continue to have trouble with this, please let me know where your blog was before, if the source site is live and public or not, and how large a file your .xml file is.
