I’ve gotten this message on my import screen whenever I click on WordPress. My blog was flagged as spam when I tried to import the file. It’s roughly 230 private posts that I wanted to keep private, but also have all in one place when I start my actual blog. Around 20 of the posts got imported before it was flagged and I’ve already cleared my cache. If this could be fixed that would be great.
— Anna.
P.S. The fact that I cannot easily find an email for support when this is a personal problem is highly aggravating.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Anna,
The flag has been removed from your blog. The import should now run successfully. Can you try this again?

Still getting the same error message:

Hi,
Just to confirm, you’re uploading to annasaysstuff.wordpress.com correct?

Trying to, yes. The other blog on the account [http://teamakesitbetter.x10.mx] was a self-hosted that no longer exists, there’s just no delete blog function.
-
Hi Anna,
I show that 20 posts and 27 images were imported into your blog. Are there still some missing?
In regards to removing the self-hosted site, to do that, you would need to disconnect Jetpack from the self-hosted site dashboard. If you still have access, you can navigate to the Dashboard -> Jetpack -> Jetpack and click the link in the upper right-hand corner that says “Disconnect Jetpack”. I’ve provided a screenshot here for reference:

As already stated, there are roughly 230 private posts in the file. So yes. Yes, some are still missing.
I don’t have access to the site any more, I removed it from my host. It’s hidden on the blogs list so it’s not a primary concern for me.
-
No, I can’t. Every time I to go Tools -> Import -> WordPress I get that same error message. I don’t get the upload dialog, I just get the error message.
-
Can you try refreshing your browser cache? Instructions to do so can be found here:
I’m not seeing an error message when I go to your import page (screenshot here), and it doesn’t look like you’re currently stuck on an import job.
-
All right, I cleared my cache… again. Even though this isn’t even the same computer I started the original upload on… and I still get the same message. Your screenshot isn’t the page I get the message on, I can get to that page just fine. It’s when I actually click on the WordPress that I get the error message. Meaning this page, not the one before it.

Hi Anna,
I apologize. I’ve restarted the importer. Everyone should be good to go now. If you’re still having trouble, let me know, and I can import the file on my side.
Best,
Jeremey

All right, I got the file imported and the confirmation e-mail. Thank you for all of your help.

Not a problem Anna! I’m sorry this took longer than expected. Let me know if you run into any more trouble.
