WordPress in frame…continuously loading after done?

  I have my wordpress load into a frame for my church website (www.PS127.org) and even though it says it’s done loading, the browser shows continuous internet use…(i.e. little hourglass loading icon).

  I know the code in my header and footer are perfect. So what is wordpress loading continuously?

  And in case your wondering why frames? It’s because of the lack of Java support in wordpress, because in the near future I will be adding java buttons to photo albums. So the buttons will reside in the header frame to take people to the java photo albums, and enable them to click the buttons to return to the wordpress again.
