WordPress inaccessible after “Duplicate Post” plugin installed

  I installed the “Duplicate Post” plugin. Since then I can only get:
  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘$value’ (T_VARIABLE) in /home2/patevans/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/vendor/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/functions.php on line 36

  whenever I try to go to admin or look at the post:
  patevans.org
