WordPress incorrect code

  I had an issue whereby my security plugin advised me there’d been a log in from an unknown IP address. I checked with my web host and they stated:

  I have checked this with our hosting team and this seems to be a coding related issue.

  In this case, please try checking with WordPress if they keep logs of this as well as with your developer to see if there are no loops in the coding.

  I’m totally un-technical. What does this mean?

  Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere), you’ll want to write on the community forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
