Aided by my professional Support Technicians, problems encountered while attempting too install WP Social Traffic software which ?I just purchased. The WP Desktop Service was unable to locate and/or operate the PHP file. Any ideas out there?

You cannot install any software at all into any wordpress.COM hosted site. There is no FTP access.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
