WordPress installation, additional software and support

  Hi,

  I never have use WordPress before, Where to find the right tutorials and the bundle package does not have all the installation software like PHP, MySQL, Apache and all this stuff. Can anyone tell me the exactly all requirements for a Windows 7? If, i have a problem with my page, how can i obtain support?

  I already tried with several links to download this additional software in a bundle but always something is missing
