WordPress Installation on MAC & Graph Paper Press themes

  I would like to incorporate WordPress and GraphpaperPress themes into my websites. I currently have two, 1) an iWeb site 2) a Zenfolio site. Is it possible to incorporate WordPress into either, if so how? If not, how do I build a site from scratch? I’ve looked into downloading WordPress from WordPress.org onto my Mac and I’m stumped. I really want to use WordPress and the GraphPaperPress themes. The technical is really confusing me. HELP please
