Actually the problem I’m having is on a self-hosted wordpress site. I need to know how to install wordpress on a sub-domain?
Thanks!

If you need help with a self hosted domain, you’ll need to head on over to http://wordpress.ORG/support. This is the support for wordpress.COM hosted sites.

Hi Danny,
Originally I created a wordpress site on wordpress.org. I wasn’t able to install any plugins, so I went over to wordpress.com and paid for a year membership I think. Then I was able to change my domain to cnotesnow.com and install plugins. I took this to mean that I have a self-hosted account. Is that not correct?
I thought that I would need to get support from here at wordpress.com because of that. Please correct me if I am wrong and excuse my ignorance. ;0) -
Hey, you are right that there is a difference, you just have your .com’s and your .orgs mixed up ;) (It’s a very common point of confusion.)
Here’s an article that helps clear things up a bit: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Because you wanted to have plugins, you went with a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. Self-hosted is .org, which means the people in the forum Danny pointed you toward are the ones who can help you.
Hope that’s a little clearer!
