WordPress – integrating images from another blog (also in the media-library)

  I am having an empty wordpress blog and want to integrate some pictures from another wordpress-blog.

  When I download the images over ftp from the old blog, I have the following folder structure:
  2011/01/
  2011/02/
  2011/03/
  2011/04/
  …
  2017/03/
  And in each folder the original pictures and also the resized versions are there.

  Now I want to integrate the images on my other wordpress-side:
  -if have uploaded them over ftp, I can’t see them in the media-library!

  I also tried the plugin “Add From Server” but for that I have to go into each folder and choose the picture manually (or choose all pictures from that folder – than I see also the resized versions in my mediathek)

  I also tried the plugin All-in-One WP Migration, but there I am getting always an error and can’t export it the images from the old blog. Perhaps I have to much data for that.

  So does anybody know a solution so that I can see the images I have already uploaded over ftp?!?!

  I would be very, very grateful!!!
