WordPress integrations
-
Hi,
Our company is trying to get in touch with someone as we want to launch a new integration with WordPress. I haven’t found any contact info online to speak to the right parties. Any response would be heavily appreciated.

Hi,
Your best means of f getting the information you seek is by posting on these forums where on of the members of staff can respond to your quires or use the contact page here https://wordpress.com/help/contact Also, if you have a premium account, you can use the live chat option here https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/ i hope that helps.

Hi there,
What exactly do you mean by an integration with WordPress? If you’ve developed a plugin for the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, you can find the process to get that plugin listed in the plugin directory here:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Writing_a_Plugin
We’re not involved with that process in any way, as WordPress.com is completely separate and different from WordPress.org.
The “wpcomhelp” tag on this thread indicates that the user has already used the contact form to create the forum thread, and that also indicates that they don’t own any upgrades so won’t be able to connect with live chat. Telling them to use the contact form will only lead them to create a new forum thread.
Please see our volunteer guide on how to tag a thread for staff attention.
