(email visible only to moderators and staff) was charged an invoice of $399. We have 8 websites under this email address but we cannot locate the invoice under any of the accounts and are unsure how to receive it.

I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? We do not have any upgrades (or combinations of upgrades) that would match that price. I see you mentioned sweetexpressllc.com and I can confirm that domain is not registered with WordPress.com directly. See: https://gwhois.org/sweetexpressllc.com+dns
According to the public WHOIS info that domain is registered with GoDaddy, but associated with a site that is hosted at Siteground.
Because we do not appear to manage your billing here at WordPress.com, you may wish to contact either of the providers I mentioned to see if they would have more info about this charge. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
