aceaudio.com.twis not in the account that you are writing from, and also pointed at a different host, other than WordPress.com, via their name servers.In order to point the domain to your site here at WordPress.com, please log in to the correct account, then update the name servers at your domain’s current registrar, with our name servers, as outlined below.

You are also able to use the A record method, as outlined below.

After the name servers have been changed, or A records added over at your domain registrar, you can try once more to set the primary address of the site, to

I have a new issue and very confused now.
I have a domain on GoDaddy : http://www.aceaudio.com.tw
I have a hosting on AWS, which is managed by a web developer. AWS is hacked now so it is not accessible for coding, which is the main reason we want to build a new one on WP.Yesterday I registered WP and I get the below URL to log in and manage all the content. (https://wordpress.com/home/aceaudiocomtw.wordpress.com)
However, I still want to set http://www.aceaudio.com.tw as my primary domain, not the default URL provided by WP.
I set “aceaudio.com.tw” as my main domain and left my office.
This morning I can’t log in https://wordpress.com/home/aceaudiocomtw.wordpress.com
It shows that I don’t have any website.
so I contact GoDaddy, GoDaddy’s customer service says that I need to provide DNS record for them to add or something.
I want to know is this a normal procedure? What more steps do I need to take?

Please note that you are referring to two separate accounts.
Be sure to log out of the account that you are writing from at the moment, and log in to your other account, in order to access your website. In your browser, you can only be logged in to one account at any given time, unless one is logged in to, in a private window and the other one in a regular tab or window in the browser.
In order to be certain that you know of, and can access your other account, you may follow either of the steps shared below, to reset your password, or recover your account:
