WordPress is absolute garbage. Why can’t I even call someone for assistance?

I am blown away by the lack of support from WordPress especially with its hefty price. I have been trying to get help for days and they don’t even have a phone number that someone can call. It looks like I am out $324 since it seems they are refusing to give me my money back. RUN FAR AWAY from this garbage with your money and go somewhere else. I definitely do not recommend this platform.

WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support because many issues we discuss require frequent reference to web links and code. That is much easier to do using written forms of communication like live chat and email..
If you have a paid plan, you are entitled to email and live chat support. As you have a Business Plan, you are entitled to Live Chat support, https://wordpress.com/support/live-chat/

You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. I can confirm the refund was processed on our end, but you may also wish to contact your credit card company to confirm.
