WordPress is awful please help

    Have two domains with go daddy. Went to import the first and it told me I had to pay $96. So did that. Transferred it over to where its on the dashboard.
    Went to transfer the second and it wanted a code from godaddy to transfer, weird it didnt ask for the first one.
    So go back to the wordpress dashboard and it tells me the very first domain set up is not complete and that i need to transfer it from godaddy. So I hit start transfer and gets me to a screen which says the domain is still locked. Well where do I go to Enter the code for it?!?!?!
    A lot of people talked badly about godaddy but they actually have a phone number you can call in to for help.
    Here it is I paid for a plan with live tech support but it doesnt even give me the option, it makes me post in a dang community forum?!?!?!!!!!

    Hi there! Sorry to hear about your experience with transferring the domains and inability to get to live chat. Domain transfers should always ask for an authorization/EPP code. I do see you have two domains currently pending a transfer in and valid auth codes were submitted for both. This transfers the domain registration and where you pay for domain renewals, not any content.

    Typically we’d recommend connecting the domain first before transferring as it can take 5-7 days to complete. For future reference, GoDaddy domains can be connected to any paid plan with a one-click setup following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-a-godaddy-domain/
