WordPress is being used to build my new website. Can you host it, and is there a charge?

  My web designer is building a new website for me: PostersAsTherapy.com, using WordPress. Do I receive free hosting for the new site? If not, what is the charge?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There are two flavors of WordPress: WordPress.com, which is a free hosted service with paid upgrades, and the standalone WP software, which is free to download but which needs to be installed and run on a 3rd party webhosting service.

  However, there are differences between the two:
