WordPress is Blank

  Hello

  After I log in … I keep getting a ‘blank’ page or window with just the “W” logo in the middle … nothing loads & I can’t edit my sites, add pages, write or do anything what so ever.

  Any suggestions?

  clmareydtauthor.wordpress.com pops right up for me. Is that the site you are referring to or is there a different one?

  If you are asking about a different site, please tell us what it is so we can take a look. If not, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. If you are unsure how to do that, look in this help document:

  Thank you for your response …

  Yes, all my sites do come up & are fine … BUT I can not ‘edit’ or go into any of my ‘site management’ areas … when I click to edit or add page etc … the window turns over to a ‘blank window’ … nothing there & can’t even back click …

  Puzzle eh?

  Hey CL
  Ok, let’s try an experiment. Open a browser that you do not use when editing your sites, or try from a different computer.

  Log in and see if everything goes back to what passes for normal. If the mystery has mysteriously vanished, then it’s a browser issue. Go back to your regular browser, clear the cache and cookies, and try again.

  You should also make sure your browser is the latest and greatest upgraded version, and that you have Flash enabled.

  Let us know if that works

  Yes, all my sites do come up & are fine

  What is the exact URL of the site you refer to?
  I’m asking because you could be reporting the white screen of death issue that some wordpress.ORG site owners experience.

  Ah …

  Found out … I was using a ‘private browsing’ screen instead of an ‘open browsing’ screen. Logged in in an open browsing screen & WordPress comes up just fine & I can get into all my site mgmt. areas …

  Thanks for ‘making me think’ a little more. Get use to our own ways & forget that sites apps must be taken into considerations also.
