wordpress is blocking my payment for the annual renewal subscription

    Like many of us I am now experiencing the difficulty of paying YES I WANT TO PAY! my annual renewal subscription. I keep getting messages like the other users that the card transaction was declined!!???
    When I contacted the support I got a silly answer like: get in touch with your bank!
    I did and they said that the several international payments – ebay mostly – that I did in the past three days prove that there is no issue with my visa credit card!
    So as the date for the terminus of the renewal period is approaching I think its time to say goodbye to wordpress as it seems that they DON’T NEED CLIENTS!

    @davidgil92 are they able to see the attempts you’re making at the purchases to see what errors were given? We can see them from this end, but the only message we’re getting back from the card company is that it’s declined.

    There are sometimes issues on our side that we can see and clear up, but those have different errors. Everything on this end, for your account, looks great.

    For what it’s worth, international purchases can also be done through different payment processors, so perhaps that’s making a difference re: your eBay purchases. Also, you mentioned the visa; have you tried contacting the other card company?
