WordPress is cutting off photo

  I have tried to upload a photo to my WordPress blog, but WordPress is cutting off the photo. It won’t let me upload the full size.
  HELP!

  Are you saying WP is cutting off photos you have successfully uploaded to its library OR WP won’t let you upload the file at all ?

  WordPress will typically limit images to the width of the post area for the particular theme you are using. If you image is wider than the available post area, then insert it as either thumbnail, medium, or “full-sized” (which will be the maximum width for your theme) and then click the “file URL” button which will link the smaller image to the actual full-sized image. Then when someone clicks on the image, it will open the actual full-size image in their browser window.

  Also, are you uploading the image to the media library here, or is it somewhere else on the net such as flickr?

  Different themes allow different widths also, I use Journo 1.3 for my photography blog.
