WordPress is forcing me to choose a domain

  WordPress is trying to force me to choose a domain. I don’t want one. I want my students to create a WordPress site as a part a project. It can’t cost anything. I’m just trying to go through the steps of creating a free website so I can councel my students but I am blocked from proceeding. Help!
