  Hi there,

  WordPress.com displays all of the stats we are able to track for visitors and views on your site. However, WordPress.com does not track direct visits to uploaded documents and files, including image files, so if visitors go directly to an image file on your site (instead of visiting a post or page on your site where that image is displayed) it won’t be reflected in your stats.
