wordpress is linked to FB but recently not linking

My posts are showing on my FB account but usually when you hit “wordpress” it links to the rest of the article on my blog.. now it takes me to a general ad?? Does the linking widget no longer allow someone on FB to click on the article and it take them to the blog or is there something blocking it that I need to fix? This is what I get when I try to click and read the rest of the article on FB

Hey there,
It sounds as if you’re clicking on the WordPress app link, rather than the link back to your site. The app link is located at the top of your published post on Facebook, and the link back to your site is at the bottom, as seen here:
The app link behaves in the same way other app links do, for instance, if you posted an image directly to Facebook using your smart phone app, there would be a link to your smart phone’s Facebook app.
This is the way Facebook currently has laid out this type of post.

I tried both and they both link me back to that same wordpress ad I linked.. I edited the post on FB to show the rest of the content but I would really like it to link back to my blog if they still do so..

Hey Morgan,
Could you send me a a screenshot of the way your posts appear (incorrectly, pre-manual adjustment) on Facebook?
You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Just let me know when there’s something I should look at.

I don’t have one of the unedited but the link still looks the same as it did only I added the second paragraph of text, that’s the only difference. I uploaded two pics, the first (with the cat) was the post I did before, link working.. the second of the windowsill is the one that had the link not working?? I can wait and see if it changes when I do my next post, maybe it was a fluke?

Thanks for those details! From what I can tell, this was just a fluke. But if it happens the next time you post, let me know. We definitely want to get that fixed if its happening consistently.
