WordPress is looking very odd (basic HTML)

  Hi

  Fairly new with wordpress. I just tried to post a new post, but when I log into my wordpress I get a screen of really basic HTML that looks like:

  I have deleted my cache and cookies, but this solves nothing here. Has anyone else had this problem and what do I do to solve it?? My blog is for university purposes and serves as an online journal, so I need it running so my tutor can see what I have been up to.
