WordPress is my domain registrar but I can’t find that domain connected to my account

I transferred my domain to wordpress then I accidentally disconnected that domain from my wordpress account. That domain is now parked and I can’t seem to access it as an admin or unlock it – any help is much appreciated
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’ve tagged this thread with modlook to bring it to the attention of a member of staff. They should be able to check the logs to see what’s happening.
Please keep patience while someone from support staff gets back to you.
Thanks!

Hi there,
Are you speaking of duffcycles.com? You did not disconnect the domain from your account. You cancelled it, which is a multi-step process with a very clear overlay where you must confirm you understand that you might not be able to use the domain again should you proceed, exactly so that people won’t do this by accident. When cancelling a plan a domain is not cancelled automatically, but that needs to be done as a completely separate process.
Our logs show you cancelled this domain on 24 October, a few minutes after cancelling your premium plan.
In this case I’m still able to restore the domain to your account, so you’ll see it listed again at My Site ->Domains. And as you were not refunded for the cost of the domain when you cancelled, you do not need to pay for it again.
However, please make sure you go to the Purchases page and add a new payment method to the domain there to enable auto-renew, else you might run the risk of completely losing the domain should it expire in November next year.

Hi kokkieh,
Thanks so much for the help. Yes, perhaps I was unclear – I mistakenly cancelled it as opposed to accidentally clicking cancel if that makes any sense…
The domain was added back My Domains, so I’ve made it the main domain now. I’ve added some temporary content saying the website is currently in progress for the time being and will add a payment method now. The site is still displaying the text that ‘This account has been suspended etc..’ – will this revert back to normal soon or do I need to take other action?
Thanks again for the help!

That message is not coming from us.
At the moment you have that domain pointed to a different hosting provider, https://hostpro.ua/en/, and it’s your account with them that’s suspended.
If you want the domain to show your WordPress.com site, you need to point the domain back to us. To do that go to My Site ->Domains and click on the domain. Select Name servers and DNS, and click the option to use the default WordPress.com name servers.
That change will take a few hours to update, and then the domain will start showing your WordPress.com site again. You might also need to clear your browser cache before you’ll see the change.
