WordPress is not giving me my refund

Hello.
I’m trying to cancel my domain within the allotted 48 hours, but wordpress is not letting me cancel, nor giving me my refund.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

All I am getting is this error message.
Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Hi, I have the exact same problem.
I signed up for a $99 annual plan, then I upgraded to $199. I canceled the plans with in a week, I only got the second plan refunded, which is $181 after the charge of $18 domain fees.
What about the $99 I paid at first, I would like to receive a full refund of that as well.

I already provided the correct answer to aranbom92 above whose thread this is. I even provided the information for how to get Staff assistance also. Which part of it are you having trouble understanding please? -
@timethief I can’t request a refund for my 1st annual plan I purchased (which was $99), when I go to “my upgrade”, all it shows is my domain I purchased. When I go to my Billing history, it clear shows I was charged for both $99 and $199, but WordPress is only refunding me the $199 plan (which is total refund $181, after the $18 domain fees). I don’t know how do I get the $99 back, now my current plan is “free”, which means I’m not even using any paid plan, but WordPress isn’t refunding me the $99 I paid…

Hi sorry, I just started WordPress 7 days ago, still figuring out how this site works. No customer support did annoyed me! I didn’t know how could I get my payment! That’s why i posted in 3 topics that seemed like related to my issues!
If I created any problems, I apologies for that. But WordPress should help me with my current problem, which is Please Refund me, I don’t know how to make that happen!

You are welcome. Unfortunately, when we post into multple threads everyone who has subscribed to them such as the original poster gets an email every time we post into the thread. As this is the weekend it is unlikely that Staff will respond until tomorrow. Please do not reply to me.

I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
