WordPress is not sending me a new password.

I tried logging into my back end but for some reason my password no longer works. BUT – When requesting a new password with my Username it doesn’t work either. Using my e-mail does – but I don’t actually receive anything from WordPress.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t see any password reset requests for your dwelch2013 acount.
Have you tried resetting your password at https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword ?
If this isn’t helpful, could you please post the address of website you are trying to log into so I can take a further look?

That reset my password for WordPress, but not access to the back end of the blog / website I created with it: http://www2.ykfireprevention.ca/

Aha! While it’s running the WordPress software, the site at www2.ykfireprevention.ca is not hosted on WordPress.com, but is instead hosted at a different provider. That means we at WordPress.com have no access to your hosting or your files, and can’t assist you in regaining access to it.
You will need to contact your own hosting provider for further assistance.
