wordpress is not working

  I installed a plug in and then my wordpress shut completely down. I cannot even log into it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  I went through Bluehost and I am through wordpress.com. I can’t even go to a login page. I get the error 500 screen.

  As previously stated, this is not something we can help with here because your website isn’t even hosted with WordPress.com. Please refer to the previous methods of support! :)

  Hi @jessicagoodman2015,

  What @torres126 is trying to say is that you’re not in the correct support forums. There are two kinds of WordPress and you are in support for the other kind. It’s a very common mistake. So common, there’s a support page about it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  The support forums you need can be found here: https://wordpress.org/support/
