  Nothing is working as advertised. I could not access plugins, I don’t have access to wp-admin/my dashboard. There is no telephone or realtime support. I have spent all day looking at tutorials, and half of the options/icons in the tutorials are missing from my version. (6.4.2)

  I am not seeing any issues when installing a plugin on your site. Can you clarify what issues you are having specifically? You can install plugins from the lefthand sidebar under Plugins > Add New Plugin. I am also not having any issue visiting your sites wp-admin page here: https://serveallllc.com/wp-admin/.
