WordPress is Useless. Please refund my money

  Hello,

  I tried using wordpress, but it is completely useless. I am just starting out my business, and I don’t need and cannot afford a business plan. But without it, I cannot setup a simple google analytics for my website. This is pathetic. It doesn’t even support the FTP without business plan. Just refund my money, I will use some other website builder.

  Hey there,

  Thanks for reaching out.

  It looks like we were able to help with this issue via email.

  But without it, I cannot setup a simple google analytics for my website.

  This feature is available on sites with our WordPress.com Premium and Business plans, so you wouldn’t necessarily need the Business plan from the get go.

  SFTP is possible to use on the Business plan – out of curiosity, why would you be looking to use this feature? I’m wondering if I can perhaps offer some additional advice to help you get the website off the ground.
