WordPress is using my old hacked email address. I need to speak to a real person.

Wordpress does not know I exist. I have several web sites. I can’t get into two of them. My usual one has been trashed although I can still post to my blog. Is there someone out there I can talk to? You don’t have to use an email address. Why not log out of this account and log back in to the correct username and password to reach that site.

This is the latest post on a site that WP says does not exist. I can’t get into it and they don’t believe it is there. Does someone have a solution?

Please understand the email address associated with this site was removed literally years ago – maybe 2? I was hacked by some Chinese that I worked for who thought I was involved in a court case which involved two separate email addresses. I lost all my contacts from both email boxes when this happened over a two year period.
My site is up and I can post but I can’t edit and all the graphics are a mistake.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t have access to that email address or not. Since there are upgrades purchased on that account, you can provide us with a transaction ID (retrieved from your bank statements). Please read this document carefully:
There used t be a CHAT button on WP but it apparently is gone.
The chat option is only available on paid accounts. As my colleagues already mentioned, you’re logged in with a Free account.
