WordPress isnt displaying all features
-
Hi,
So I have a theme plugin (EOS WordPress one page) that a developer has put on to my WordPress site that allows me to add pricing tables and outline the features each pricing level includes. However, the pricing table adds a tick and a cross to some services simultaneously, doesn’t display some services at all and doesn’t show services that have definitely been ticked for that plan level.
Does anyone have any possible answers as to how I may fix this?
Greatly appreciated.
Simon

Hey! It is https://body.vision/. You can see the problem in the plans section about 2/3 of the way down. Cheers!!

Hi,
It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
Hope this gets fixed soon!

My brother in law has a wordpress site that he paid $40 for and he is able to install plugins. I paid $48 for my wordpress site and I am not able to install plugins. Can you help me get a plan that allows for me to install plugins like my brother in laws site?

@magictouchofidaho It is not considered polite to hijack other people’s threads. Why not ask your brother in law where his site is hosted? You’ll find it isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com.
