WordPress Issue

  Good day,

  When I want to edit my web, with my Site URL set to https://bikingopedia.com/, it doesn’t want to edit at all and I have to change my Site URL back to the WordPress URL, https://bikingopedia.com/wp, for it to work.

  In addition, Yoast SEO also refuses to run on the Site URL https://bikingopedia.com, and will only execute when I change it to my WordPress URL.

  Please advise on a solution (I am still a newbie).

  Hi there, bikingopedia.com is using the open source WordPress software rather than being hosted here on the WordPress.com platform.

  You’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page. For help with Yoast, you should contact them directly.

  Just to clarify, this support forum assists users with free websites hosted on the WordPress.com platform. For more information on the differences: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  Hello again, Sorry you did not find my reply helpful, but we can only assist with sites that are hosted here on WordPress.com (the hosted platform). Please take a moment to read the support guide I linked to earlier to understand the differences.

  For help with your WP site, https://wordpress.org/support/forums is where you’ll want to post.
