  I have repeatedly reached out to wordpress and jetpack.

  I have this website – http://www.chinyeresafricanboutique.com yet what comes up on the backend shows the website as https://httpschinyeresafricanboutique.wordpress.com/. I originally paid for this domain – http://www.chinyeresafricanboutique.com and yet I am unable to see it from the backend – http://www.chinyeresafricanboutique.com. Can this be looked into as a matter of urgency.

  Here’s a quick overview about why you see two different URLs: WordPress.com functions as a large multisite, where each site has its unique WordPress.com subdomain. This subdomain is utilized for backend elements such as website content and media, and it also serves as the front-end URL for free sites.

  Since you’ve upgraded to one of our paid plans to use your own domain, your domain is the primary front-end URL for visitors since you chose your domain to be the primary domain in your site’s domain settings. However, the backend administrative pages will continue to use the original subdomain. I hope that makes sense!
