WordPress Issues When I Update and Preview

When I go to make a change in WordPress and preview the changes, the formatting appears very strange and it takes a long time to load. When I view the website through WordPress, it loads slowly and all the formatting is off. At times, I get a time out message because of how long it loads. However, when I log out of WordPress and clear my cache, the website looks fine. It’s as if something in WordPress is not working well when I’m logged in and I can’t make changes without these issues. I called my hosting service and they assured me this isn’t a hosting issue. They thought it probably has something to do with WordPress. I do use Cloudflare. This has been an ongoing issue. Does anyone have any possible changes that I could make to resolve this? Thank you.

I do not see any sites under your @rlmazzei WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

My site is http://www.evolutionsbh.com and is hosted by SiteGround. My IT person said there was an issue with the style site not loading, but this appears to be resolved.
What’s odd is that when I use Chrome, the header and footer disappear from the Homepage, even after removing my cache. It works fine on Bing and on the mobile site. Do you know why when I’m logged in to WordPress, the preview works, but when I use Chrome to go to the website, it doesn’t load properly? Could this have anything to do with using Cloudflare? Thank you for any advice you could provide.

Thanks for confirming your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
