  Hi can anyone help me? I don’t know why wordpress keeps deleting my custom css line ‘animation-timeline: view();’ after I save? TIA

  That code is probably part of a more extentive coding. The code you can use on the wordpress.com platform is very limited – https://wordpress.com/support/editing-css/ – unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.
