WordPress Language messed up

    I have a faulty WordPress language. I want to change the language from English to Dutch, and whatever I do, it keeps displaying English.

    I have tried changing the language in admin, the select may say Dutch, but WP is still in English.

    WPLANG in my database says: nl_BE

    In the update-core.php, WordPress still says en_US even though I have copied a NL installation over the old files.

    Please help, I can’t fully reinstall WP, too much custom content.
