  Hello i am use to having the left sidebar of your site as black an has different menu while working on websites? do i need to login to the websites admin-wp? I am designing a site for a company but theirs currently a host problem as we are switching from go daddy to hostgator an it will not let us log in the jmbpropertytax.com/admin-wp . i guess i am asking how do i get to where the sidebar is black on site while designing that is what im used to .

  Hi –

  You are referring to the WP-Admin dashboard. Here’s how you can access it: https://jmbpropertytax.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Also, when you are logged in, in the top left select ‘my sites’ , you can scroll down to the bottom on the left side bar, and you will see the very last menu item is for WP-Admin.

  i do not see it . When your working on your side the sidebar is black correct? i got a grey basic looking layout. i cant install themes or alot of other key things that i use to .

  You are not able to install any themes or Plugins here at WordPress.com. Those features are only supported at WordPress.org.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are entirely different, you can read more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
