If I get WordPress entrepreneur and decide later i want the Business. What is involved in upgrading? The number of sights i can produce? After a year I want to go to some other domain host what happens? How do i cancel my subscription?

The number of sights i can produce?
You can create unlimited sites on the Free Plan. However, you need to purchase paid plans individually for each site. For example, if you wanted two sites with the Business Plan, you’d need to pay for the Business Plan twice.
After a year I want to go to some other domain host what happens?
After a year, if you do not renew your plan which you decide to purchase annually, the domain will then expire. You can learn what happens then from here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/#when-does-a-domain-expire
But provided you don’t let your domain expire, you can transfer it away from WordPress.com at anytime: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/
How do i cancel my subscription?
You only have 48 hours to cancel a domain and receive a full refund, but you have 30 days to cancel a paid plan and receive a full refund. You can learn more on cancelling a subscription here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/faq-renewing-and-canceling/
