WordPress "Like" button does not work
-
Visitors can’t use the like button. They can push on the button but most off the time nothing happens.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
The like button here at WordPress.com like every like button ie. is for the in-house use of only those who are WordPress.com members and who are logged in. In other words, it’s the same here as it is at Facebook.

P.S. I clicked your like button on the latest post on your blog to confirm if it was in working order. Once I confirmed it was operational I clicked again to unlike.

Thanks for your post. I know it’s only for wordpress members. They have also the same problem. They all use W7 and IE9 and i think that’s the problem. Are you using XP and Firefox?
Thnx again -
Yes I am a Firefox user. i ditched IE when the horror IE6 was introduced long ago.
Note: If they are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

Thank you Timethief! It was an IE9 problem. The most visitors are using it. I can hardly tell everyone to use Firefox.
Time to change my theme…
Regards,
