WordPress LinkedIn app

    Hello,

I am not sure if this is the appropriate forum for my issue, but I couldn’t find a more appropriate place (feel free to correct me). My issue is related to the WordPress LinkedIn app which is marked as developed by WordPress.

Basically, I tried to add the WordPress LinkedIn app and configure it with my self-hosted WordPress blog. However, the app says it can’t access the rss2 feed. But if I paste the link in my browser, it works fine, it is built correctly and displays all the appropriately tagged posts in.

Can anyone help? Is there something else I may need to configure in my wordpress?

    Thanks!

Sorry, you need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.

These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently.

    HI!
I also need help with the linkedIn widget.

I put the wordpress windget on my linkedIn profile. But I don’t want all my posts appear on it, so I’ve selected “Show only recent posts tagged linkedin.”.
The problem is that I don’t know how can I tag “linkedIn” my posts?

Someone could help me and explain how it works?
    Thank you.

This is the result of clicking your username:

    maurinemo.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this blog.

Pleas post the complete URL for the blog in question starting with http:// so we can provide an accurate answer.

    Hello,

    My blog is http://www.dragonflame.org

However, it seems the issue got fixed today as a few hours ago it still wouldn’t work but just now my test post appeared on LinkedIn. So, the issue was fixed, I guess (since I didn’t do anything on my side).

@thequietdream: timethief’s question (“please post the complete URL…”) was adressed to someone else. As thesacredpath said, you need to ask over at the WordPress.ORG forums next time.
