WordPress links on Facebook and Twitter

We have our WordPress blog set up to automatically populate our FB and Twitter page when we post something. Recently some of the links have come up looking squirrely, with just a piece of a generic photo that wasn’t posted on the blog and the words, “The page you are trying to reach does not exist, or has been moved. Please use the menus or the search box to find what you are looking for …” but when you click on the link from the blog it appears just as it was posted. Anybody know what’s going on?
