WordPress loading slow.

I am having a problem with my wordpress. For some reason it is taking quite some time to load every page on my site.
I have checked the following things.
My redirect – I changed it to http://www.eliteavi.com/index.html which is a old website before I moved to wordpress. That site loads instantly and so do all the sub pages.
I believe that means it is not my server or my redirect.
It takes anywhere between 5 and 14 seconds on all wordpress pages
Just now I pulled up the dashboard. When I click on the pages link it took 20 seconds to load. Every page in the dashboard just takes FOREVER to do anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I was number 2 on google for home theater installation which helped all my local city searches for my business. Now I am on page 3 “just happened over the weekend without changing anything” so I wonder if it is because the load time is taking so long.
