WordPress log-in to comment on non-wordpress blogs

  Ok, how does the WordPress ID log in work if we want to comment on other non-wordpress.com blogs?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It doesn’t. Why would you expect it to? They have to have Gravatar enabled in order for your avatar to show up, and in that case it would be a Name/Email sign in.
