wordpress logged_in_key problem

I really don’t know how to call this problem
But I’ve made a video which show you what is the problem.
It’s to difficult to explain and I don’t get how to fix it.I tried re-instal wordpress again.
But I guess the only way to fix this is to update or edit something manually.I was busy with changing the upload size. because I needed to upload a video on the website.
I guess something went wrong when I was editing the wordpress.configure file.
I think there is something wrong with the “LOGGED_IN_KEY”because also if I view the website, I doesn’t seem to be logged in.
So.. I don’t know how to fix it? -
Now I did logout and login again, but now I only see a white screen…
I’m not forwarded anymore to the admin panel at all…=_= -
