WordPress login issues

  Hi there

  I am confused to finding my WordPress account.

  Last year I had someone edit the website through WordPress using the username metcafadmin. I have since forgotten the password.
  I tried to login and forget the password but now it is saying I don’t have an account with this username

  The website I’m referring to is http://www.metrocafe.ie

  I have since made another account so perhaps I could just link this but I do not want to be paying 2 subscriptions.

  We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we don’t have any access to help you with your current issue, but I’m happy to point you in the right direction.

  Additionally, there is no user account here at WordPress.com using metcafadmin. As we’re a separate entity from your website, it would make sense that this account doesn’t exist here – but it does on your own website.

  Try resetting the password from your login page above, and if you still have trouble, you should reach out to your host (Blacknight Solutions) for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.
