wordpress logs me out of the admin panel & errors in preview/view webpages

I recently bought a domain and hosting and imported a backup of a website, I was already building on localhost. As soon as I got done with that, WordPress continuously logged me out after less than one minute of the session. It says the session expired, please log in to continue where you have left. This problem is continuously repeated, making it hard for me to work. Also, it is not allowing me to preview a page or website. the web address of my website is not working as well. This shows an error <em style=”box-sizing: inherit; color: rgb(50, 55, 60); font-family: "Open Sans", sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px; white-space-collapse: collapse; background-color: rgb(251, 251, 251);”>ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS, I have already cleared cookies, and history everything on the browser, I am using it on. I have used several methods shown on the internet to cope with the issues but the issues are far from getting solved. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks.
